São Roque Farm develops various actions in the social area, understanding that their activities must be performed by healthy families and in harmony with the local community.

The Nursery School, created in partnership with the Municipal Prefecture of Videira, hosts 25 children aged 2 to 6 years. This allows mothers to work in São Roque Farm, knowing that their children will be educated and well treated, because they spend their days in the company of teachers and educational professionals, ensuring a safe and healthy growth. With this structure, mothers can increase their self esteem and increase the family income.

The Mothers Club is also taken seriously. Mothers participate by learning and dialoguing on various issues, besides promoting cultural events and integration with the local community.

Through the partnership with local schools, we encourage employees who didn't have the opportunity to study to return to school, always searching for knowledge. We also encourage and prioritize the performance of our employees with training related to their activities on the Farm.

• Evangelical Worship
• Catechesis
• Capoeira Classes (a Brazilian sport)
